Global Health High School
RUFC’s signature curriculum focused on educating high school students on pressing issues of global health and sustainable development.
How it works

RUFC works with world-renown experts in global health to design a year-long global health and sustainable development curriculum. During their weekly meetings, students participating in RUFC clubs follow the curriculum provided at their own pace. Together they explore core concepts such as the global burden of disease, nutrition, clean water and sanitation, pandemics, environmental pollution and more. The content is delivered through interactive activities and prompts are provided for the exchange ideas through small group discussions. The curriculum also provides ideas for how to engage the larger school community in global health issues.
